BOARD MEETINGS

Board meetings are open to all homeowners. Contact a Board member for the location and time of the next meeting.

WEDDINGS

We have become a hot spot lately for weddings. If you would like to have or host a wedding at LSF you need to contact your insurance agent and let them know you need to purchase a “special events” endorsement on your homeowners policy. The policy needs to state “Lake Santa Fe Management Corp” as the additional insured on the policy. Your policy should cover the the day of the wedding. The Board will need the insurance company to verify via email that the endorsement is in place prior to the wedding. Based on previous experience, the cost is around $50.
